Cinema for All SWG, previously known as the South West Group of the British Federation of Film Societies, represents and supports over 70 Film Societies and Community Cinemas in the region. It is organised by a small team of volunteers who have experience in running their own venues and have an established track record for helping new ventures get off the ground with trial screenings and technical advice.

From Sundance to the South West – Another Two-Stop Spring Viewing

This April and May, Cinema for All SW is holding its film preview day, featuring six new DVD releases, in two venues in the east and west of the region to allow organisers of film societies and community cinemas from the length and breadth of the region to attend. Once again, the selection of new titles provides a chance to see the best of recent Film Festivals from Sundance and Berlin to Venice and Edinburgh before choosing films for their coming seasons.
